Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a finance intern. The analyst will support the Supply Chain Finance Vision organization in a wide range of financial processes to optimize business results and increase efficiency.We are looking for a Finance Coordinator, able to understand various systems and quickly understating data flows and the customer needs. This is a great opportunity to get an early career understanding of corporate supply chain finance. Main Responsibilities:
- Support Affiliate Gross Profit forecasting activities and submission (TM1)
- Lead standardization, enhance financial accuracy
- ICP Calculation Support
- Support of monthly reporting activities, data extraction and prelim analysis
- Affiliate Gross Profit P&L data and mapping maintenance and basic report creation
- Ad hoc analytics supporting business development
qualifica
Who we are looking for:
- University graduates/ students or young professionals
- Motivated individual with an interest to learn about corporate finance
- Basic knowledge with MS office (Excel)
- Knowledge of basic Account Payables process (debits and credits)
- Able to communicate in English with external contacts
- Attention to detail and first-time-right mentality
- Strong technical and analytical skills are an advantage
- Team spirit and ability to proactively communicate
