 On behalf of our estimated client, a pharmaceutical company based in the Lugano area, we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant (50%)


Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for :

- Travel arrangements

- Calendar management: regular meetings and other meetings scheduling upon request or need

- European Meeting Commitee planning

- Complex meeting organization

- Travel arrangement (hotel /transfer) for guests

- Management of the Annual General assembly and Board of Directors meetings, including minutes, according to the need, supported by our lawyer and Legal Dept.

- Travel tool Administrator to support travellers and vendor management

- EMEA Organizational chart regular update for distribution to the Management

- Site inspections for meeting locations and main contact with local hotels and transfers companies for corporate rates agreements

- Backup for the Management Assistant during her/his absence


- Administration tasks and general correspondence
